Assoc. Prof. Phuong DOAN DINH

Assoc. Prof. Doan Dinh Phuong was born in Nam Dinh, Vietnam, in 1962. He completed his PhD. at Hanoi University of Science and Technology and his undergraduate studies at Technical University of Kosice. He is now a senior researcher of the Institute of Materials Science - Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST) where he has been a deputy director of the Institute since 2008. He is also an Associate Professor of the Graduate University of Science and Technology – VAST. His research interests lie in the area of powder metallurgy, metals matrix composite and wear resistant alloys/coatings. He has published more than 50 papers in the international and domestic journals, authored 4 patents in the field of metals engineering.
